Increase is the largest and most experienced Marketing Automation consultancy in Scandinavia, working with the leading marketing technology of the Oracle Marketing Cloud, e.g. Eloqua, Responsys, Social, Content and Personalization technologies. The customers span 12 countries and our employees master more than 15 languages. Founded in 2007 and with a focus on Marketing Technologies  and automation since 2010, Increase is the highest certified and most experienced partner on the Scandinavian market. Increase help customers transform marketing strategy to documented results; planning, implementing and executing communication across customer life cycles. We see Marketing Automation as the means to create digital profiling, personalised campaigns, Lead Nurturing programs and Lead Scoring to make sales more effective. RelationshusetGekko is a full service relationship and dialogue marketing agency. RHG works with integrated communication but their specialty is relations. RHG develops efficient, well-crafted and creative communication based on insights – and across channels and media. From identifying and optimising Customer Journeys, to life-cycle communication, marketing automation,customer experience, loyalty programmes and lead generation campaigns. As an integrated part of their offer, RHG provides strategic consultancy across the clients’ organisations. For almost a decade RelationshusetGekko has been the most award winning direct agency in Scandinavia. In 2014 RelationshusetGekko became part of the Bording Group.

 

F. E. Bording A/S is a holding company with a strong position in Scandinavia – the Bording Group has  more than 400 employees and an annual turnover of approx. 620 mio. DKK. The Bording Group is the leading supplier of Marketing Communication Services in Scandinavia, helping customers create business through communication and interaction. 11 partly or wholly owned companies do so across 3 areas of business: Consultancy, IT-solutions and cross media execution. Fusion skaber fremtidens bureau – med fokus på kundeoplevelsen

Fra 1. januar 2017 fusionerer RelationshusetGekko, som indgår i Bording koncernen og Increase og skaber dermed et af landets største dialogbureauer, Nordlið, der arbejder med full service customer experience.

 

Fra det nye år er vi cirka 60 medarbejdere, der er klar til at rådgive og servicere de mere end 40 kunder, som de to selskaber har i hele Norden. Det nye selskab forventer en omsætning omkring de 60 mio. kr. i 2017, men det langsigtede mål er en fordobling. Nordlið kommer til at være markedsledende inden for værdiskabende kundeoplevelser (CX) – med fokus på strategi, innovation, content og den stærkeste marketingteknologi. Målet er at hjælpe alle de virksomheder i Norden, der ønsker at blive kundefokuserede med reelt at lykkes med opgaven.

 

Increase har siden 2007 specialiseret sig i marketing teknologi og automatisering af marketing processer, som f.eks livscykluskommunikation, datadreven marketing og omnichannel kundeoplevelser. RelationshusetGekko har til gengæld bygget en langt mere strategisk og kreativt orienteret profil. Med udgangspunkt i Bordings nordiske strategi kan det forventes, at Norlið vil øge sit virke i Norden.


 
De to har allerede en håndfuld fælles kunder

Fire ansigter, I kender
Vores ledelse i Nordlið består fremadrettet af fire personer. Lasse Christensen er CEO, Jan Køhler har ansvaret for strategi, kreativitet og innovation, Maria Furbo har ansvar for service og operations, mens Henrik Carentius har ansvar for rådgivning og salg. Nordlið ejes med 55 procent af Bording-koncernen, og resten af ovenstående.
